January 16, 2020 – Receives full authorization for AIF portfolio management and risk management under the AIFMD Directive (2011/61/EU), enabling the company to operate as a third-party AIFM providing portfolio management, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance services.
June 1, 2022 – LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) issued: 98450005EFBE8AB0A874. Status remains ACTIVE with ongoing annual updates and renewals.
November 2022 – CSC (Corporation Service Company), a leading US-based global provider of business administration, fund services, and compliance solutions, acquires Intertrust Group. This marks the beginning of the transition toward full integration into the CSC brand.
May 2024 – Registered office moves to 26 Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg, reflecting CSC's expansion and consolidation in Luxembourg.
March 7, 2025 – Official name change from Intertrust Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. to CSC Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., recorded in LEI systems with effective updates in May 2025, reflecting full integration into the CSC brand following the acquisition.
January 15, 2026 – CSC Fund Management launches its first retail trading desk in London, United Kingdom. This strategic expansion marks the company's entry into the UK retail investment market, providing enhanced execution capabilities and direct market access for retail clients. The London desk operates in compliance with FCA regulations, complementing the firm's existing institutional AIFM services and strengthening its pan-European presence.
